• TAT (turn around time) for RTS items is 5 to 10 business days

•Preorders/Custom orders have a TAT of 15-21 business days(but usually sooner)

• Please note - some preorders may be delayed during shipment to me. This does not happen often but does occasionally occur due to bad weather, holidays, etc.

*If you select RTS items/custom order items and preorders in the same order they will ship together with the longer TAT. Please place preorders seperate from RTS items if you want to get the RTS before the customs!*

•Shipping/Pickup•

Shipping is a flat rate $5, $8, $11 based off of weight.

•All items are shipped 📫 through USPS and you will be provided with a tracking number via email 📧 once your item is ready to be shipped.

•Please make sure your address is correct before purchase. Once payment is complete your shipping address cannot be changed. 

•Local pick up is availabe in Flint TX but does occasionally change. To have access to specific pick up information you much be a VIP member on Facebook! 

•For pick up Please select local pick up option 🏡 when placing your order.

*Please do not select local pick up if you are not local to Frankston Tx*

•Refund/Exchange Policy•
Due to the custom nature of our products I typically do not accept refunds or exchanges. If at anytime you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me on the RABC Facebook Pageand I would be happy to work with you on a solution.

•We do not give refunds on orders unless they have gone over our TAT by 30 days and you have requested a refund.

• Please do not allow any child to sleep wearing bows with nylons or headwraps. They can easily be pulled or slide down and become a choking hazard for your child.
